氨溴索与硫酸镁联用方案治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探索氨溴索与硫酸镁联用方案治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的临床疗效。方法选择我院治疗的110例小儿毛细支气管炎患者作为研究对象,随机分组,观察组56例,对照组54例,用药后观察咳喘症状缓解时间、住院时间等情况。结果观察组的59例患者中显效33例,有效21例,无效5例,临床有效率91.53%,对照组的62例患者中显效28例,有效20例,无效14例,临床有效率74.42%,观察组各项指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氨溴索与硫酸镁联用方案治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的临床效果好。Objective To explore the clinical effect of mucosolvan combined with magnesium sulfate for the treatment of children bronchiolitis. Methods 110 patients with children bronchiolitis were selected in our hospital. They were randomly divided into observation group 59 cases and control group 62 cases. After giving medicine, the cough symptoms release time, length of hospitalization were observed. Results In observation group, 33 cases with obvious effect, 21 cased with some effects, the effective rate was 91.53%. In control group, 28 cases with obvious effect, 20 cased with some effects, the effective rate was 74.42%. When compared all targets with the control group, there was a statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of mucosolvan combined with magnesium sulfate for the treatment of children bronchiolitis is better.
