关节镜治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的围手术期护理分析

摘　　要：目的研究分析膝关节骨性关节炎患者的为手术期护理方式,给临床护理提供参考信息。方法对我院接受的63例膝关节骨性关节炎患者使用围手术期护理,对其护理情况进行观察分析。结果患者骨关节炎指数评分优良率为85.71%,术后的膝关节功能评分高于术前(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。且患者术后无一例发生感染、关节内血肿和深静脉血栓等并发症。结论围手术期护理对患者的心理压力具有舒缓作用,患者的疼痛也得到了缓解,对患者的膝关节功能恢复起到了较大的辅助作用,临床中的并发症几率相应降低,患者获得的治疗效果比较好。Objective To study patients with osteoarthritis of the knee surgical nursing approach to clinical care and provide useful information. Methods The hospital received 63 cases of patients with osteoarthritis of the knee perioperative nursing, observe and analyze the situation of their care. Results Patients with Osteoarthritis Index score excellent rate was 85.71 percent, Postoperative knee function score was significantly higher than preoperative（P〈0.05）, with statistical significance. And no case of postoperative infection, intra-articular hematoma and deep vein thrombosis and other complications. Conclusion Perioperative nursing for mental stress has a soothing effect, the patient＇s pain has been eased, the recovery of function in patients with knee played a big supporting role, the chance of clinical complications reduced accordingly, obtained from the patient better treatment.
