摘　　要：目的对急诊观察室优质护理的效果进行分析和探究。方法选取2014年5月~2015年3月在我院急诊观察室接受护理的100例患者,随机分成对照组和观察组各50例患者进行对照研究,其中给予对照组患者常规护理,观察组患者在应用优质护理,观察对比两组患者对护理的满意程度。结果通过对比两组患者的护理效果,采用常规护理的对照组患者的总满意度为86%,进行优质护理的观察组患者的总满意度为98%,对比两组数据,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在急诊观察室采用优质护理的效果显著,能够提高患者的护理满意度,减少患者焦虑心理的出现。Objective To observe the effect of the emergency room quality care to analyze and explore. Methods May 2014 to March 2015 in our hospital emergency department for care of 100 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 50 patients were controlled study, which administered to the control group of patients with routine care, observation group in the application of quality patient care, the two groups were observed and compared the degree of satisfaction with the care. Results By comparing the two groups of patients care effects, using the total satisfaction of the routine care of patients in the control group was 86%, were observed overall satisfaction with quality of care of patients was 98%, compared to two sets of data, significant differences with statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the emergency room with highquality care to observe the effect more significant, can improve patient care satisfaction, reduce the occurrence of patient anxiety.
