摘　　要：总结69例妊娠合并肾绞痛患者的健康管理要点。包括术前的对症处理,积极解痉止痛,减轻患者的心理压力;术后注意监护胎心、胎动,指导患者体位,加强尿液的观察;出院时做好出院指导,指导患者生产满月后尽早来院行进一步处理;定期随访,提高患者体位依从性,及时处理并发症,促进患者的康复。Summarizing the health management key points of 69 cases Health management of renal colic during pregnancy. Included preoperative symptomatic treatment, actively relieve spasm and pain, relieve the patient＇s psychological pressure, monitor fetal heart, fetal movement after operation, guide patient＇s position, strengthen the observation of urine, emphasis on discharge guidance, guiding patients recharge as early as possible for further treatment after parturition, Follow-up, improve compliance of patient＇s position, deal with complications timely and promote the recovery of patients.
