摘 要:采用全自动便携式光合仪与自制PVC呼吸环相连,退化红壤区湿地松3个径级(17.9~22.9、23.6—26.8、27.5,32.5cm)的树干呼吸进行为期1a的活体原位监测,同时监测树干温度。结果表明:3个径级树干呼吸呈现出一致的单峰型季节变化趋势,最大值均出现在2013年7月份,最小值均出现在2014年2月份;湿地松树干生长季最大呼吸速率可达非生长季最小呼吸速率的5.0~12.9倍,季节变化差异显著;树干呼吸与树干温度间具有显著的自然指数关系(p〈0.01),但相关程度因径级大小而异;树干呼吸的9,。按径级由小到大依次为1.77、1.95和1.79,中等径级树干呼吸对温度的变化最敏感;树干呼吸与胸径间呈极显著的线性相关关系(R^2=0.97),胸径大小显著影响树干呼吸。同时,树干维持呼吸占树干总呼吸的平均比例为46.24%,而且径级越大,维持呼吸所占比例越大.The experiment was conducted with an automatic portable photosynthesis system, connected with a PVC respiration collar. The measured trees were divided into three classes based on DBH ( 17.9-22.9 cm, 23.6-26.8 cm, and 27.5-32.5 cm). The results indicated that all stem respiration rates showed similar unimodal seasonal trends with the maximum values in July 2013 and the minimum values in February 2014. The maximum respiration rate in the growing season was 5.0 to 12.9 times than that of the minimum respiration rate in the dormant season. There was significantly natural exponential relationships between stem respiration rate and stem temperature, and the degree of correlation varied with the size of the DBH. The Q10 values of stem respiration were 1.77, 1.95 and 1.79 along DBH classes, respectively, which showed that the medium DBH trees were more sensitive to the temperature change. In addition, the stem respiration rate was strongly related with DBH (R2= 0.97). Thus, DBH played an important role in stem respiration. The mean value of maintenance respira- tion to total respiration of Pinus elliottii was 46.24%, and the percentage inclined with the increment of DBH.
