摘  要:以黑龙江省野生花卉侧金盏花的种子为试材,采用测量观察和生理试验方法.对其发育过程中形态及生理生化指标的变化规律进行了研究。结果表明:开花后0—40d是侧金盏花种子形态建成的关键时期:开花后30~40d含水量下降速度很快;开花后0—40d是干质量快速积累阶段,40.50d干质量趋于稳定:野生条件下采收的侧金盏花种子较引种后采收的种子大;侧金盏花种子的种皮透水性较好:种子发育过程中可溶性糖质量分数呈“下降-上升-下降”的变化趋势,可溶性蛋白质质量分数及POD(过氧化物酶)活性呈“上升-下降”的变化趋势。侧金盏花开花后40-50d达到生理成熟,是进行采收的最佳时期。We studied the morphological, physiological and biochemical indexes of seeds of Adonis amurensis Regel et Radde during seed development in Heilongjiang, China. The critical period of the seed morphogenesis was 0-40 d. Water content dropped rapidly in 30-40 d after blossom. Dry weight increased significantly in 0-40 days and leveled off in 40-50 d after blossom. The seeds under wild condition were bigger than those under artificial condition. The water permeability of testa was good. Soluble sugar content presented an up-down-up trend. Soluble protein content and POD activity rose gradually in 0-20 d and then descend gradually. The seeds of A. amurensis would matured after 40-50 d of blossom.
