摘 要:以南京市溧水区林场间伐6 a后的25年生杉木人工林为对象,测定了弱度(30%)、中度(50%)、强度(70%)间伐及对照样地的土壤多酚氧化酶活性。结果表明:与对照相比,弱度间伐在秋季和冬季提高了土壤多酚氧化酶的活性,3种间伐强度在春季和夏季降低了多酚氧化酶活性;春夏季节土壤多酚氧化酶活性高,秋冬季节活性低,且前者与后者差异性显著(p<0.05);土壤多酚氧化酶活性与土壤温度,全磷、全氮质量分数均呈极显著正相关(p<0.01),与土壤含水量呈显著正相关(p<0.05),与碳氮比呈显著负相关(p<0.05),与土壤总有机碳质量分数、p H值相关性不显著。We studied the effects of thinning on soil polyphenol oxidase (PPO) activity in a 25-year-old Chinese fir plantation which was thinned by light ( 30% ), moderate ( 50% ) and high ( 70% ) intensity in Nanjing Lishui Forest Farm. Compared with the control (0%), light-intensity thinning (LIT) treatment increased the activity of PPO in autumn and winter, whereas, three thinning intensity treatments decreased the activity of PPO in spring and summer. Soil PPO activity was higher in the spring and summer than that in the autumn and winter. There was significant difference between the former and latter. In addition, the activity of soil PPO was significantly positively correlated with soil temperature, soil total nitro- gen, soil total phosphorus and soil water content and negatively correlated with C/N ratio. However, there was no signifi- cant correlation between soil PPO, soil total organic and pH.
