摘　　要：游乐设施的质量和安全关系到游客的生命和健康,完善的游乐设施法规标准体系是保证其安全的基础。本文系统介绍了我国目前大型游乐设施的法规标准体系架构,并分析了目前大型游乐设施的发展趋势和标准需求。明确了新标准体系的目的和原则,在安全第一、法规标准一致性、继承性和发展性、产品全生命周期、产品种类全覆盖等原则指导下建立了新的大型游乐设施标准体系。论述了安全标准、产品标准、方法标准、管理标准、基础标准的不同定位和下一步工作重点,并为法规标准制修订工作提供了具体可行的建议和措施。The quality and safety of amusement rides is directly relevant to the life and health of passengers,and well-established regulations and standards system is the foundation of the safety.In this paper,the regulations and standards architectures of large amusement rides in our country are introduced,and the development tendencies and the standard requirements are analyzed.According to the results,the purposes and principles of new standard systems are confirmed.Guided by these principles of safety first,consistency,inheritance,and expansibility of regulations and standards,product life circle,product type full coverage,new standard systems of large amusement rides are established.The different positioning and the focus in the further work in terms of the safety standards,product standards,methods standards,management standards,basic standards are discussed,and concrete and feasible proposals and measures are provided for the regulations and standards.
