摘  要:背景慢性内脏痛是功能性胃肠病(functional gastrointestinal disorders,FGID)和慢性胰腺炎chronicpancreatitis,CP)的主要症状,这种疼痛不但降低患者的生活质量也是其寻求医疗帮助的主要原因,但目前有关内脏痛的确切机制仍不清楚,因而其治疗效果不佳。目的就当前慢性内脏痛及其信号转导通路的研究进展进行综述。内容介绍内脏痛及其信号转导通路、神经胶质细胞特别是脊髓小胶质细胞在慢性内脏痛中的作用。趋向脊髓小胶质细胞可能是未来慢性内脏痛治疗的新靶点。Background Chronic visceral pain is the predominant symptom of functional gastrointestinal disorders (FGID) and chronic pancreatitis (CP). Chronic visceral pain impairs the patients quality of life and serves as the major reason for medical help. Currently, there is no satisfactory therapy for chronic visceral pain due to its unclear mechanism. Objective To summarize the research advances of chronic visceral pain and signal transduction pathways. Content The chronic visceral pain and its signal transduction pathways, especially the role of spinal microglia in chronic visceral pain were introduced. Trend Spinal microglia may serve as a promising target in the future treatment of chronic visceral pain.
