米非司酮与甲基睾丸素联合治疗更年期功能性子宫出血的临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析米非司酮联合甲基睾丸素治疗更年期功能性子宫出血的效果。方法 86例更年期功能性子宫出血患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组43例。对照组给予米非司酮治疗,观察组给予米非司酮联合甲基睾丸素治疗,对比两组疗效。结果观察组治疗总有效率及治疗后血清激素水平均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论米非司酮与甲基睾丸素联合治疗更年期功能性子宫出血疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze effect by mifepristone combined with methyhestostemne in the treatment of climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods A total of 86 climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 43 cases in each group. The control group received mifepristone, and the observation group received mifepristone combined with methyhestosterone. Curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results The observation group had obviously better total effective rate and serum hormones levels than the control group after treatment, their difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Mifepristone combined with methyhestosterone have precise effect in treating climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding. This method is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
