摘 要:提出了一种新颖的具有2个反应段的反应隔壁精馏塔,采用这种反应隔壁精馏塔替代了常规反应精馏序列中的2个反应精馏塔。以环己烯与环己烷的分离为例,利用Aspen Plus模拟软件,在进料、产品纯度等设定条件基本相同的情况下,以年总成本为目标函数分别对双反应段反应隔壁精馏塔与常规反应精馏序列进行了优化与比较。结果显示,与常规反应精馏序列相比,双反应段反应隔壁精馏塔同样能够实现环己烯/环己烷混合物的完全分离,并在一定程度上能够缩减设备投资与设备占用空间。A novel reactive dividing-wall distillation column with double reactive sections (RDWDC-DRS) is proposed as an alternative to the two reactive distillation columns in conventional reactive distillation sequence (CRDS). An illustrative example, the separation of cyclohexene/cyclohexane mixtures,is chosen to evaluate and compare the novel process design with CRDS under the same basic conditions, such as feed rate, feed compositions and product purity specifications. Commercial software Aspen Plus is utilized for the simulation of RDWDC-DRS and CRDS, and minimization of total annual cost is chosen as objective function for process design. The results show that RDWDC-DRS is capable of achieving complete separation of the binary mixtures of cyclohexene and cyclohexane. The capital investment and space of the new process could be decreased.
