摘　　要：文章概述了颠覆性技术概念的发展历程和特点,阐述了其在军事领域的独特内涵,归纳了识别颠覆性技术的一般做法。在此基础上,梳理了国外军方、工业界、情报界、学术界等研究发展颠覆性技术的现状,并从体制机制等方面总结了国外发展颠覆性技术的经验做法。This paper focuses on the concept of disruptive technology, describing its development process and summa- rizing its features in brief. Especially, the unique connotation in military area and the general methods to identity disrup- tive technology are presented. The disruptive technology developed by the foreign military, industry, intelligence and acade- my community are also described, and the experiences about the mechanism are summarized.
