摘　　要：美国"亚太再平衡"政策推行以来,深刻重塑了亚太地区的战略态势,恶化了中国周边的战略环境。美国战略重点东移的背景下,作为其西太平洋重要战略支点的中国台湾自然扮演着特殊角色。就此,美台(中国台湾)双方借"再平衡"之机多层次、多手段地深化双边军事准同盟关系及防务领域的各项合作。特别是"再平衡"战略推行数年来,美台关系在防务议题层面的诸项进展,表明了美方对于台湾在该战略中的军事价值定位与相应作用的发挥给予了高度重视。美台防务关系所生发的诸多特点值得国际社会进行审视与反思。Since the Asia-Pacific rebalancing strategy was unveiled years ago, it has been reshaping the strategic situation in Asia-Pacific and deteriorating the external environment of China significantly. In such a context, as an important strategic pivot, Taiwan is playing an extraordinary role in it. Thus the United States strengthens the military relationship with Taiwan by some new means. This article tries to illustrate the newest development under the Asia-Pacific rebalancing strategy of Taiwan-United States military relations. It will also rethink the new characteristic of the military cooperation between Taiwan and United States in the background of Asia-Pacific rebalancing strategy.
