摘　　要：运用层次分析法和模糊评判法研究高校学生对学校教学质量满意度,建立测评指标体系,为高校教学质量的提高和改进给出一个参考。结果表明,学生对学校教学质量满意度是一般。A research about the degree of college students＇ satisfaction with their school teaching quality was carried out by using the methods of AHP（ Analytic Hierarchy Process） and fuzzy evaluation,and an evaluation indexes system was established in order to provide reference for school teaching quality＇s improvement and development. The results showed that the students satisfaction degree for the school teaching quality was general.
