摘　　要：对城市下穿式立交道路的特点以及现行排水规范中对城市下穿式道路立交排水规定作了介绍,针对目前城市下穿式道路立交雨季存在的积水问题,分析了城市下穿式道路立交雨洪灾害的原因,提出了建设雨水调蓄设施、加强排水设施建设、提高排水应急处置能力、增强防灾减灾意识等对策。The paper introduces the features of urban underpass interchange and the drainage regulation for the interchange in the current drainage regulations and rules, analyzes the reasons for the rainy and flood disasters on the interchange according to the ponding problems during the rainy seasons of the interchanges, and points out some strategies by constructing the rainwater storage facilities, strengthening the drainage facilities construction, improving the drainage emergency capability, and promoting the ideology of the prevention and reduction of natural drainage.
