摘　　要：介绍了日本企业研发的"多功能双层窗""双层玻璃幕墙"新技术,分析了两种新技术的结构原理、运行模式及节能减排效果,指出在既有建筑节能改造和新建建筑中,可以引进国外先进技术,增强建筑围护结构的保温隔热性能,以取得显著的节能减排效果。The new technologies of ＂multi-functional double window＂ and ＂double glazing＂ developed by Japanese companies are introduced, including structural principles, operation modes and energy saving effect of which. Foreign advanced technology can be introduced to our country during energy-saving renovation of existing buildings as well as new buildings construction, to enhance thermal insulation performance of the building envelope, achieving significant energy saving effect.
