摘　　要：重大科技项目在优化产业结构和提升区域自主创新能力等方面具有不可或缺的作用。科技项目管理是科技管理体系的重要内容。加强重大科技项目规范化管理研究,对于提升科技项目实施水平、实现科技经费投入透明化、促进科技资源的合理配置具有十分重要的意义。Major ST projects play an integral role in optimizing the industrial structure and promot-ing regional independent innovation ability.Science and technology project management is an important con-tent of science and technology management system.Strengthening the standardized management and researchof the major ST project, has great significance in enhancing the level of ST projects implementation, realiz-ing the transparency of ST investment, and promoting the reasonable allocation of ST resources.
