摘　　要：椎动脉是脑部血液供应的一个重要来源，因其走行及所在结构的独特性和其分支的特殊性，使椎动脉变异常见，多发生于起始部位，尤以左侧多见，椎动脉走行、分支及数目等变异，其结构的探讨对临床颈部手术的实施非常重要。本文对近年来国内外的研究进行综述如下。Vertebral artery is an important source of blood supply to the brain, because of the uniqueness of its direction and the structure and the particularity of its branches, vertebral artery variation common, develops in the starting area, especially in the left side, vertebral artery course, branches, and the number variation, the discussion of the structure is very important for the implementation of the clinical cervical surgery. In this paper, the research at home and abroad in recent years is summarized as follows.
