摘　　要：目的：观察舒肝解郁胶囊联合艾司西酞普兰治疗老年脑卒中后抑郁障碍的临床疗效。方法：将120例老年脑卒中后抑郁障碍患者随机分为对照组（n=60），单纯艾司西酞普兰治疗；联合组（n=60），在艾司西酞普兰治疗基础上加服舒肝解郁胶囊，8周为1个疗程，观察比较两组患者治疗前后症状改善情况。结果：经8周治疗两组症状均有改善，与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；联合组疗效优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：舒肝解郁胶囊联合艾司西酞普兰治疗老年脑卒中后抑郁障碍疗效确切。Objective To observe the liver resolve depression capsule combined Escitalopram citalopram treatment the clinical curative effect of senile depressive disorder after stroke. Methods To 120 cases of senile patients with depressive disorder after stroke were randomly divided into the control group, （n = 60） only Escitalopram citalopram treatment; joint group （N = 60）, Escitalopram citalopram treatment and taking the liver i＇esolve depression capsule eight weeks for a period of treatment, comparing two groups before and after treatment in patients with symptoms was observed. Results After 8 weeks treatment symptoms were improved in both groups, the difference was statistically significant compared with before treatment （P 〈 0.05）; Combined treatment group is better than that of control group （P 0.05）. Conclusions it＇s better ettect for the liver capsule joint resolve depression Escitalopram citalopram treatment of elderly depressive disorder after stroke curative effect.
