摘 要:采用不同的添加物与粘胶原液进行共混纺丝,探讨了添加物及其浓度、组成和分子量等参数对纤维可纺性、纤度和力学性能的影响,制备了可纺性好、纤度较小、断裂强度较高、断裂伸长率较低的粘胶纤维,并通过正交试验验证了该工艺参数.结果显示:当所选用添加剂为脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚/聚丙烯酰胺(PAE/PAM)、PAE/PAM浓度为3%、PAE/PAM比为1/1、PAM分子量为2 500万时,可得粘胶原液可纺性好、纤维纤度为286 dtex、断裂强度为2.16 CN·dtex-1、断裂伸长率为15.1%的粘胶纤维,与普通粘胶纤维相比较,其纤度降低了9.78%,断裂强度提高了11.9%,断裂伸长率降低了15.6%.The viscose fibers were prepared by blending spinning solutions with different additives and viscose. Effects ofadditive species, concentration, composition and molecular weight on the fiber spinnability, size and mechanical proper-ties were discussed and optimized. The fibers with good spinnability, small size, high breaking strength, and low elonga-tion were prepared, and the process parameters were verified by orthogonal test. The results show that under the conditionthat the additive was polyoxyethylene alkyl amine / polyacrylamide(PAE/PAM), concentration of PAE/PAM was 3%,PAE/PAM ratio was 1/1, PAM molecular weight was 25 million, the viscose may have good spinnability and the fiber sizewas 286 dtex and breaking strength was 2.16 CN·dtex-1, elongation at break was 15.1%. Compared with ordinary viscosefiber, its size was reduced by 9.78%, breaking strength increased by 11.9% and elongation at break decreased by 15.6%.
