摘 要:采取信度、效度、难度和区分度等指标进行血防健康教育KAP问卷评估,选择三、四年级学生为研究对象,分为实验组和对照组。实验组开展血防健康教育活动,对照组不采取任何干预,比较各组干预前后KAP的变化。结果表明,经过干预后,血防知识(K)实验组干预后得分比干预前和同期对照组分别提高了13%和10%,17个调查指标中有14个指标干预后得分高于干预前;血防态度(A)实验组干预后得9.82分,高于干预前9.20分和同期对照组9.45分;血防行为(P)干预后得9.65分,高于干预前9.25分。Indexed such as reliability, validity, difficulty and discrimination are used tO evaluate the schistosomiasis health education questionnaire. Grade 3 and grade 4 Students are chosen and divided into experimental group and comparison group. The experimental group joins the aschistosomiasis health education activities while the comparison one does not. The results of the KAP scores in the two groups before and after health education intervention show that the scores of knowledge (K) in experiment group increases by 13% and 10% respectively compared with non-intervention and that of comparison group. 14 indexes out of 17 are higher than that of non-intervention. The attitude (A) score after intervention is 9.82 while non-intervention and that of comparison group are 9.20 and 9.45 respectively. The score of behavior (P) is 9.65 while the non-intervention is 9.25.
