摘  要:庐剧是安徽颇具代表性的民间剧种,随着时代的快速发展、城乡文化市场的急遽变化以及广大民众文化消费需求的逐步提升,它面临着新的挑战和发展机遇。在较为艰难的处境中,安徽庐剧团体通过体制改革,艺术创新,运行模式和营销策略的转变,取得了较好成效,使处于边缘化的民间戏剧萌发了新的生机活力,在当今文化市场中找到了自己的立足之地和发展空间。Lu Opera is a rather representative local one in Anhui. With the rapid development of the era, changes in the rural and suburban cultural products market and increasing cultural consumption needs of the people, it has been faced to both challenges and opportunities. In a rather difficult condition, Anhui Lu Opera Troupe has got some achievements through structural reform, artistic innovation, changes of operating mode and marketing strategies so that the marginalized local opera has come to and found its own position and developing scope in the present cultural products market.
