摘　　要：论文从全媒体给电子政务和图书馆带来的机遇与挑战入手,探究全媒体时代两者的协同发展机制,通过相互关联、协调、合作和共享业务行为与特定资源等方式,促进电子政务快速、健康和可持续发展,进一步提升图书馆的社会功能和价值。Starting with the opportunities and challenges faced by e-government and libraries in the omnimedia era, this paper explores the co-developing mechanism of them . Through the mutual correlation, cooperation, coordination, sharing business activities and specific resources of e-government and library, e-government could be boosted rapidly, healthily and sustainahly, and the social function and value of library could be promoted further.
