摘　　要：论文通过分析现阶段书库危机产生的原因,以"二八率"和图书馆馆藏"零增长"理论为理论依据,提出了一线开架图书"零增长"、加强密集书库和远程联合仓储建设、提供电子资源保障以及其他配套服务等几个方面的具体解决方案。This paper analyzes the causes of Library Crisis at the present stage. Based on ＂The rate of two eight＂ and library collections ＂Zero-growth＂ theory, several specific solutions are proposed such as book distribution, the＂zero growth＂ of books on the opening shelve, strengthening the construction of the dense stacks and remote joint storage, providing electronic resource guarantee, and other ancillary services.
