摘　　要：本论文详细研究了酸洗机组和轧机段的生产过程,分析了两者的速度原理以及两者同联合机组生产钢卷的相互关系。结合实际的生产过程进行论证分析,并结合分析结果对联合机组提出了优化意见,进一步发挥酸洗-冷轧联合机组的生产效能。另外研究结果还可以对具体生产过程进行指导,为今后各种联合型机组生产线的设计与建造提供可靠的经验。In this paper, the production process of the pickling line and the mill section was studied in detail, and the speed principle and the relationship between the them and producing steel with the combined units were studied. This paper demonstrated and analyzed combined with the actual production process, put forward optimizing sugges- tions on the combined units combined with the analysis results, to further develop the production efficiency of the combined unit of pickling and rolling mill. In addition, the results can also guide the specific production process, and provide reliable experience for the design and construction of various joint units＇ production lines.
