摘 要:随着能源供应的日趋紧张,电动汽车的迅速发展势在必行,大量的电动汽车储能电池的无序充电将给电网造成负面冲击。为此,提出一体化电站的运营模式,建立包含有电动汽车充换储一体化电站和可中断负荷的虚拟电厂控制模型;以运行成本最小为调度目标,运用二进制粒子群算法,实现虚拟电厂的经济调度。最后,运用仿真算例验证了调度方案的可行性。结果表明,在虚拟电厂的控制下,充换储一体化电站与可中断负荷相互配合,可大大缓解高峰用电的紧张,起到削峰填谷的作用。With the shortage of energy supply,it is imperative for electric vehicles to develop rapidly. Large-scale unordered charging of electric vehicles will bring about negative impacts on power grid. Therefore,this paper firstly proposed the operating mode of integrated power station,and constructed the control model of virtual power plant containing electric vehicle integrated station with charging,exchange and storage,and interruptible loads. Secondly,this paper used binary particle swarm optimization algorithm to realize the economic scheduling of virtual power plant,with taking the minimum operation cost as the scheduling target. Finally,the feasibility of the proposed scheduling scheme was verified by simulation example. The results showthat under the control of the virtual power plant,the electric vehicle integrated station with charging,exchange and storage and the interruptible loads can cooperate with each other,which will greatly relieve the strain on the peak and make the system more effective.
