摘  要:阐述了谷粒螺旋输送搅龙成形方法,探讨了螺旋叶片两种不同下料尺寸的计算方式,并结合有限元单元法对采用作图法下料的坯料在拉伸成形过程中的力学性能进行了数值化有限元分析。通过实验探讨了叶片接缝焊接区域的维氏硬度分布情况。同时利用单元间的共节点法处理焊接区和基体区之间的单元连接方式,从而将叶片间因焊接产生的缺陷引入到数值化仿真中。对比分析模拟与实验成形结果,分析不同叶片厚度对成形质量的影响。改进下料尺寸方法,冷拉成形后的搅龙直径和螺距更加接近设计值。The forming processing of grain auger was described in this paper. The calculations for the unfolding size of screw blade were discussed. The mechanical analysis on the forming processing with the blade whose size is fixed by drawing was simulated by FEM. Vickers-hardness distribution of heat-affected zone was described by the hardness-experiment. The meshing models of connected region of different materials were established by co-node methods, which could strengthen welding mechanical properties. The weld lines of blade, which would affect on the forming processing, were considered into simulation. By making a comparison of the tested and simulated parameters of auger, The computed results of the blades with different thickness were compared respectively, which contributed to researching on the forming processing of auger. The dimensions of diameter and pitch that were calculated by new method were closer to the respective design value.
