摘　　要：根据旋压成型的原理,在普通车床上,通过设计特殊的刀具以及合理的加工步骤,实现了软铝材料罩壳零件的旋压成型加工。加工结果表明,与冲压成型和车削成型相比,该方法对于小批量罩壳零件加工,具有效率高,成本低的特点。According to the principle of spinning forming, with the special design of cutting tool and the reasonable processing steps, realized the spinning forming of shell parts on the ordinary lathe,which materials is soft aluminum. Processing results show that compared with the stamping forming and cutting forming, the method, the method has high efficiency and low cost of characteristics in the processing of small batch cover parts.
