摘　　要：目的探讨高血压病患者血清hs-CRP和NT-proBNP水平对左室肥厚的预测意义。方法选取2012年10月~2014年10月在本院治疗的226例高血压患者作为研究对象,根据心脏彩超结果将其分为左室肥厚组（实验组）和非左室肥厚组（对照组）。比较两组的hs-CRP、NT-proBNP水平。结果实验组的hs-CRP和NT-proBNP水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。hs-CRP、NT-proBNP水平与LVMI呈显著正相关,与E/A呈显著负相关。结论 hsCRP、NT-proBNP水平与左心室肥厚关系较为密切,是预测左室肥厚的重要预测因子,检测hsCRP、NT-proBNP对预测左室肥厚、减少心血管事件的发生具有重要临床意义。Objective To explore the prognostic significance of serum hs-CRP and NT-proBNP levels for left ventricular hypertrophy in patients with hypertension. Methods 226 cases with hypertension from October 2012 to October 2014 in our hospital were selected and divided into left ventrieular hypertrophy group （experimental group） and non left ventricular hypertrophy group （control group） according to the results of heart color Doppler ultrasonography.The level of hs-CRP,NT-proBNP in two groups was compared. Results The level of hs-CRP, NT-proBNP in the experimental group was higher than that the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.01）.The levels of hs-CRP and NT-proBNP were significantly positively correlated with LVMI,and negatively correlated with E/A. Conclusion Serum hs-CRP and NTproBNP levels are closely related to the left ventricular hypertrophy,and are important forecasting factors in left ventricular hypertrophy.Detection of hs-CRP and NT-proBNP have important clinical significance for predicting left ventricular hypertrophy and reducing theineidence of cardiovascular events.
