人工流产术后即服屈螺酮炔雌醇片的临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察人工流产后即服屈螺酮炔雌醇片(优思明)对于子宫内膜修复的临床效果。方法临床纳入自愿要求进行人工流产术终止妊娠的育龄期妇女448例,根据患者人工流产术后治疗方案的不同分为研究组与对照组。对照组给予抗生素口服,研究组在对照组的基础上给予优思明口服。观察两组患者阴道出血量、出血时间、月经复瀚时间、尿人体绒膜促性腺激素(HCG)转阴时间、术后子宫内膜恢复厚度、术后并发症发生率等。结果研究组阴道出血时间为(3.5±2.3)d,月经复潮时间为(23.6±3.0)d,2周尿HCG转阴率为78.57%,并发症发生率为0.89%,对照组为别为(6.4±3.2)d、(32.9±3.9)d、55.36%、6.25%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人工流产术后即给予优思明口服,能够显著缩短患者术后阴道出血时间,预防术后盆腔感染,加快子宫内膜修复,促进月经较快恢复,值得推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of endometrial recovery when pregnancy women have taken Drospirenone and Ethinylestradiol Tablets （Yasmin） immediately after abortion. Methods 224 cases of patients,who voluntary abortion to terminate pregnancy in women of childbearing age,were selected in our hospital.According to the regimen in the treatment of patients after abortion,they were divided into the study group and control group.The control group was given oral antibiotics,the study group were given oral Yasmin on the basis of control group.Vaginal bleeding, menstrual bleeding time,time of menstruation turn over,urinary HCG clearance time and postoperative endometrial thickness restoration,the incidence of postoperative complications in the two groups were observed. Results Vaginal bleeding time of the study group was （3.5±2.3） d, menses time was （23.6±3.0） d, urinary HCG negative rate was 78.57% after two weeks, pelvic infection rate was 0.89%,those indexes were （6.4±3.2） d,（32.9±3.9） d, 55.36%,6.25% in the control group,the differences were significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Pregnancy women taken oral Yasmin immediately after abortion,can significantly reduce postoperative vaginal bleeding time,infection prevention and promote the rapid recovery of menstruation,it is worthy of promotion.
