银锌霜与纳米银抗菌凝胶治疗Ⅱ度烧伤的经济学指标分析

摘　　要：目的比较银锌霜与纳米银抗菌凝胶治疗Ⅱ度烧伤的成本一效果。方法将46例Ⅱ度烧伤患者随机分为A组和B组，各23例病人。A组应用银锌霜（凯新）治疗，B组应用纳米银抗菌（斯丽凯）凝胶治疗。治疗后观察两组的临床疗效，并运用药物经济学原理对其进行成本一效果分析。结果两种药物的临床治疗效果比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。但A组的成本一效果比值小于B组，即银锌霜相对纳米银抗菌凝胶更为经济。结论治疗Ⅱ度烧伤，银锌霜较纳米银抗菌凝胶的成本一效果比低，同等条件下应用银锌霜更为合理和经济。Objective To evaluate the cost - effectiveness of silver zinc cream and nano - silver antibacterial gel in the treatment of deep secong - degree bums. Methods 46 cases of patients suffered from burn were divided randomly into A group and B group, each of 23 eases. A group was treated with silver zinc cream ; B group was given with nano - silver antibacterial gel. After treatment,observed the clinical efficacy of two groups. Analyzed the cost - effectiveness with the principle of pharmacoeconomics. Results Compare the two groups,there was no statistical differences（ P〉0. 05 ） in terms of the clinical efficacy. But, the cost of A group was the lower. Conclusion Silver zinc cream on Ⅱ degree burn has the lower cost- effectiveness,is the reasonable and economical treatment option.
