摘 要:目的了解医院外科手术部位感染的相关危险因素和围手术期抗菌药物的使用情况。方法采用前瞻性的调查方法,使用预先设计的SS[目标性监测调查表,对2013年7月至2013年12月我院普外科、肝胆外科、骨科、妇产科9类手术共576例手术进行目标性监测分析。结果有8例手术感染,手术部位感染率为1.39%;以Ⅳ类切口感染率最高(33.33%),其次为Ⅱ类(1.68%),Ⅰ类(0.47%),差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);以1级风险居多,感染率随着手术风险的增加而升高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);实施全麻与非全麻病人手术部位感染率的差异无统计学意义(P〉O.05),;使用抗菌药物的有235例,抗菌药物使用率为40.80%。结论手术部位感染的发生与多种因素有关,应加强切口感染的监测,重视各环节质量控制。Object Learn the risk factors associated with surgical site infection in hospital and the using of perioperative antimicrobial drugs. Method Use a prospective survey methods, use pre - designed SSI targeted surveillance questionnaire, Monitor and analysis 576 cases of surgery from General Surgery, Hepatobiliary Surgery and Orthopedics Obstetrics and Gynecology of our hospital in July 2013 - December 2013. Result There are eight eases of surgical infections, Surgical site infection rate was 1.39% ,class Ⅳ Wound infection rate is the higbest(33.33% ), followed by class Ⅱ Wound infection rate ( 1.68 % ), and class I Wound infection rate (0.47%), There were significant difference ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; 1 risk accounted for the largest, Infection rates rise with increased surgical risk, There were significant difference ( P 〈 0.05 ) , Compared the anesthesia patient surgical site infection rates and Non - general anesthesia surgical site infection rates, there was no significant difference (P 〉 0.05 ), the patient use of antimicrobial drugs has 235 cases, the utilization rate of antimicrebial drugs is 40.80%. Conclusion Surgical site infection with a variety of factors, wound infection surveillance should be strengthened, pay attentiori to all aspects of quality controlling.
