中药奄包在急诊急性胃肠炎患者护理中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的：讨论中药奄包在急诊急性胃肠炎患者护理中的效果观察。方法：将收治的病例按照随机分组方式分为对照组及实验组，其中对照组44人，实验组46人。对照组常规给予抗感染，补液等治疗，实验组在抗感染等治疗措施以外予中药奄包治疗。比较两组在疼痛、肠鸣音、腹泻三方面的改善效果。结果：实验组在疼痛、肠鸣音、腹泻的症状改善上都优于对照组。P〈0．01，具有统计学意义。结论：中药奄包治疗能够改善急性胃肠炎患者的临床症状，减轻患者痛苦，值得临床推广及应用。Purpose ： to discuss observation results of effectiveness of Chinese Medicine Yanbao treatment on nursing of emergency treatment for patients with acute gastroenteritis. Meth- odology： allocate collected cases randomly into control group and experimental group, 44 in control group and 45 in experimental group. For control group, such conventional treatments as anti - infection and fluid infusion will be applied while for experimental group, Chinese Medicine Yanbao treatment will be applied on the basis of conventional treatment like anti - infection. Compare improvement effect between the two groups on pain, borboygmus and diarrhea. Result ： improvement found in experimentai group on pain, borbory, gmus and diarrhea is better thau that found in control group and P 〈0.01 which means it is of statistical significance. Conclusion： Chinese Medicine Yanbao treatment can help patients with acute gastroenteritis improve clinical symptoms and relieve their pain. It is worth clinical promoting and practicing.
