舒芬太尼在下肢骨科术后病人自控硬膜外镇痛运用

摘　　要：目的探讨下肢骨科术后病人自控硬膜外镇痛（PCEA）运用舒芬太尼与芬太尼的效果观察。方法选择接受下肢骨科手术病人50例，随机分为两组，观察组25例，在镇痛液加入舒芬太尼，对照组25例，在镇痛液加入芬太尼，观察两组镇痛效果及不良反应的发生情况。结果观察组术后镇痛效果明显好于对照组，提高了病人的睡眠和生活质量。结论舒芬太尼用于下肢骨科术后病人自控硬膜外镇痛明显好于芬太尼，有利于病人的身体恢复和身心健康。the objective of lower extremity orthopedics postoperative patient - controlled epidural analgesia （PCEA） using the observation on effect of sufentanil and fentanyl. Methods patients undergoing lower extremity surgery in 50 cases, were randomly divided into two groups, observation of 25 cases, joining sufentanil in analgesic liquid, 25 patients in the control group, in the analgesic fentanyl mixture into, analgesia and adverse events were observed. Observation of postoperative analgesic effects are significantly better than the control group, improved sleep and quality of life of patients. Conclusion with sufentanil for patient - controlled epidural analgesia after lower limb orthopedic surgery significantly better yufentaini is beneficial to the patient~ body recovery and physical and mental health.
