复方甘草酸苷胶囊联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗寻常型银屑病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价复方甘草酸苷胶囊联合窄谱中波紫外线照射治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效和安全性。方法把160例患者随机分为2组，治疗组85例，对照组75例。两组均予口服复方甘草酸苷胶囊，50mg，3次／d；外用卤米松乳膏，1次／d。治疗组加用窄谱中波紫外线照射，均隔日1次，10次为1个疗程，共治疗2个疗程。结果治疗组有效率77．65％，对照组为48．00％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。2组患者未见严重不良反应。结论复方甘草酸苷胶囊联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗寻常型银屑病安全有效，值得）临床推广应用。the clinical efficacy and safety of objective evaluation Compound Glycyrrhizin Capsules combined narrow band ultraviolet irradiation in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.
