摘　　要：目的：探讨艾灸治疗肛肠科术后尿潴留的临床效果。方法：将118例接受肛肠手术后并发尿潴留患者按照治疗方法不同随机分成两组，每组59例，对照组行常规治疗，观察组行温和艾灸治疗，观察两组治疗效果。结果：观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组（88．1％vs55．9％），p〈0．05，有统计学意义；观察组首次排尿时间、平均排尿时间均小于对照组，P〈0．05，有统计学意义。结论：艾灸治疗肛肠科术后尿潴留效果显著，值得临床推广。objective ： to study the clinical effect of moxibustion treatment of anorectal postoperative urinary retention. Methods ： 118 cases of urinary retention after anorectal surgery pa- tients randomly divided into two groups according to various treatments, 59 cases in each group, control group routine treatment, observation group mild moxibustion therapy, observe two groups of treatment effect. Results ： treatment group total effectiveness is significantly higher than control group （88.1% vs55.9 % ）, p 〈 0. 05, there is statistical significance ; First urination, average urine time observation group were less than the control group, p 〈 0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion ： moxibustion treatment of anorectal postoperative urinary retention effect is significant, worthy of clinical promotion.
