穴位按摩联合中药熏洗治疗老年性皮肤瘙痒症的临床护理效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨穴位按摩联合中药熏洗治疗老年皮肤瘙痒症的临床护理效果体会。方法选取2012年1月-2014年6月我院收治的老年皮肤瘙痒症患者60例，随机分为两组，治疗组30例采用穴位按摩联合中药熏洗进行治疗，疗程21d。对照组采用单纯抗组胺类药物治疗。结果总有效率治疗组为86．67％，对照组为5667％，两组比较，P〈0．01。结论采用穴位按摩联合中药熏洗治疗老年皮肤瘙痒症具有显著疗效，且操作简单易学，无侵入性，无副作用，值得临床推广。Objective ： to discuss the clinical nursing effect of treating the senile skin itch with acupressure and Chinese drugs fume - cleansing. Method ： 60 cases of patients with senile skin itch in our hospital from 2012.01 to 2014.06 were selected, and randomly divided into two groups. The 30 cases of patients in the treatment group were treated with the acupressure and Chi- nese drugs fume -cleansing, and the course of treatment lasted for 21 days. The control group was treated with pure antihistamine drug. Result： the total effective rate was 86.67%, and the control group was 56.67%. The two groups were compared, and P 〈0.01. Conclusion： the treatment of senile skin itch with acupressure and Chinese drugs fume - cleansing has evident curative effect, and it is simple in operation, with no side effect. And it is worth clinical promotion.
