摘　　要：为丰富锚泊安全的有效评价方法,以锚泊安全评价作为研究对象,构建评价指标体系和评价尺度,计算指标权重,并建立基于可拓学的锚泊安全评价模型.以"育龙"轮和"翠洲"轮为例进行实例验证,并与模糊综合评价方法进行对比分析.In order to enrich effective evaluation method of the anchoring safety, the evaluation index system and evaluation standard were established taking the anchoring safety assess- ment as the research object, and the weights of the indexes were calculated, while the extenies-based anchoring and mooring safety evaluation model was established. ＂Yu Long＂ and ＂Tsui Chau＂ are chosen as examples to validate the ra- tionality of the proposed method, and compared with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.
