摘　　要：从成立背景、基本构架、运行机制和成效等方面系统介绍了习水防疫合作社这一新型基层兽医服务模式,从组织形式、分配制度和未来发展角度剖析了习水防疫合作社的创新和优越性,并提出了推动动物防疫合作社模式持续健康发展的相关建议。A new grass-roots veterinary service model of Xishui epidemic prevention cooperative was systemically described in this paper,focusing on establishment background,the basic structure,the running mechanism and the achievements of the new model. Its innovation and superiority were comprehensively described from the organizational pattern,distribution system and future development of the model. And suggestions related to the promotion of sustain-able development of animal epidemic prevention cooperatives were provided.
