摘  要:当前,中国钢铁工业面临的难题是既要多用低价矿,又要维持高炉操作的平稳性和安全性,又要维持甚至降低炼铁的焦比和燃料比。大力开发应用高炉专家系统可以帮助钢铁厂解决这些难题。提出了适合中国国情的低成本高效益高炉专家系统的开发理念,即依靠国内力量,以企业最关注的高炉炉温和顺行状况的准确监测与预报为核心功能,以建议模式运行,主要采用模糊推理技术建立数学模型,具有合理的自学习功能,通过与MES等网络技术的结合实现系统的长期稳定运行。该理念已成功应用于韶钢3 200 m^3 8号高炉智能专家系统。两年多来该专家系统一直运行正常,在稳定炉温、减少炉况失常、提高作业率、降低燃料比、扩大喷煤比、提高生铁产量等方面发挥了重要作用。In the present time,the steel industry of China is facing difficult problems,to maintain the stability and security of blast furnace operation while maintain or even decrease coke rate and fuel rate of ironmaking with a higher consumption of low-price iron ores.Devoting great efforts to the development and application of blast furnace expert systems could help the iron and steel enterprises in solving these difficulties.The concept of development of blast furnace expert systems that suitable to the national conditions of China and have lower cost and higher efficiency was proposed,relying on the domestic power,taking precise supervision and prediction of blast furnace heat and smooth running situation,the most concern of enterprises,as the kernel function and running with advisory mode,primarily applying the fuzzy inference technique to build mathematical models,having reasonable self-learning functions,and realizing long-term regular execution by means of integration with networking techniques such as MES and so on. This concept has been successfully applied to the intelligent expert system of Shaogang 3 200 m3 No.8 BF for the last more than 2 years.This expert system has been working regularly and played an important role in stabilizing furnace heat,reducing furnace irregularities,increasing plant availability,decreasing fuel rate,enlarging PCI rate and improving pig iron production.
