摘 要:以短切碳纤维和纳米氧化铝为原料,采用喷雾干燥方法制备了氧化铝和氧化铝-5 wt%碳纤维喷涂喂料;利用等离子喷涂工艺制备了氧化铝和氧化铝-5 wt%碳纤维涂层,并对所制备的涂层进行了力学性能和摩擦学性能对比分析;利用扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱仪(EDS)对喷涂喂料﹑涂层微观形貌及磨损形貌进行了表征。结果表明,运用喷雾干燥所制备的陶瓷喂料粒度分布均匀,且碳纤维存在于复合喂料中;所制备涂层各层间界面结合良好,且复合涂层中碳纤维与涂层结合良好。与无碳纤维的氧化铝涂层相比,碳纤维的加入使得涂层力学性能得到大幅度提高,且有效降低了涂层的摩擦系数﹑明显提高了涂层的耐磨性。Plasma spraying feedstocks of alumina and alumina compounded with 5 wt% carbon fiber are prepared by spraying drying process which consist of nano-alumina and nano-alumina-5 wt%. carbon fiber respectively. Both of Al2O3 ceramic coatings and Al2O3 ceramic reinforced with 5 wt% carbon fiber coatings are prepared by plasma spraying method. Comparison on the mechanical and tribological behaviors of the coatings are analyzed, meanwhile microstructure of feedstocks, microstructure of coatings and wear morphology are characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM) and energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS). Results show that the ceramic feedstocks are successfully produced by spraying drying with a uniform distribution of particle size wherein carbon fiber exists in composite feedstocks. All of the coatings shows a good interface bonding between the layers wherein carbon fiber incorporation with plats in composite coatings. The mechanical and tribological properties of Al2O3 coatings within 5wt% carbon fiber improved efficiently compared with Al2O3 coating without carbon fiber.
