摘 要:以粒径≤0.10 mm的熔融石英粉为主要原料,添加质量比1%﹑2%﹑3%的复合添加剂Ho2O3-Y2O3,以聚乙烯醇溶液为结合剂,试样采用液压机成型,成型压强为50 MPa,试样烧成分别于1300℃﹑1350℃和1400℃埋碳保温1 h,对烧后试样进行了热膨胀率测试及XRD分析,以研究复合添加剂Ho2O3-Y2O3对熔融石英析晶的影响。结果表明:纯熔融石英的晶化程度随烧成温度的升高而不断增大;不同含量复合添加剂Ho2O3-Y2O3对熔融石英高温析晶均有不同程度的抑制作用,引入1%的Ho2O3-Y2O3对熔融石英在1400℃高温时的晶化具有最好的抑制作用。Fused quartz granular(d50=10 μm) was used as principal raw material. Ho2O3-Y2O3 were used as complex additives with dosages of 1%(in mass, similarly hereinafter), 2% and 3%. Fused quartz ceramic was prepared under pressure of 50 MPa by a hydraulic press and then fabricated in reduction atmosphere at 1300 ℃, 1350 ℃ and 1400 ℃ for 1 h. Effect of Ho2O3-Y2O3 on crystallization behavior of fused quartz ceramic were researched by measurements of thermal expansion ratio and analysis of XRD. The results indicated that crystallization degrees of fused quartz increase further with rise of sintering temperature. Different dosage of Ho2O3-Y2O3 complex additive has the effect of different degrees on inhibiting crystallizati on fused quartz of the samples. Dosages 1% Ho2O3-Y2O3 has outstanding effect of inhibiting crystallization on fused quartz at high temperature 1400 ℃.
