摘  要:介绍了铺贴机的工作原理,针对目前陶瓷厂铺贴机在使用过程中发现的问题,提出了自己的设计改进办法。结合市场要求,提出了一种基于MCGS及PLC的陶瓷外墙砖快速全自动铺贴的方法,给出了该方法的实现方案,并介绍了MCGS组态软件的特点及主要功能,并基于MCGS组态软件及PLC设计出了一种陶瓷外墙砖全自动铺贴系统,同时给出了机械结构简图,人机界面﹑可编程控制器及程序控制流程图。试验结果表明,该系统能实现快速全自动铺贴,显著提高铺贴效率,在陶瓷行业中具有积极的推广价值。The paper introduces working principle of paving machine, aim to the problems which found in the course of using on the ceramics factory, and put forward to own improvement measure of design for those questions. Combined with the market requirement,propose an approach for realizing the rapid and automatic bedding on ceramic external tile Based on MCGS and PLC, given out the scheme of the implementation method, introduces the characteristics and main functions of the MCGS configuration software. And designed a new kind of automatic bedding system of ceramic external tile based on MCGS and PLC, and give out brief diagram of mechanical structure, HMI, PLC, industrial PC and motion process. Experimental results show that the method can realize quickly full-automatic bedding and markedly improve the efficiency of paving, which have actively promoted value in the ceramic industry.
