摘  要:制备了一种新型浓缩柱来富集水溶液中的痕量NO2-—N,并与流动注射分重氮偶合光光度法联用,对富集和解吸条件做了研究。在最佳实验条件下,该方法在0-8.0μg·L^-1的范围内,亚硝酸盐的质量浓度与峰高成良好线性关系,相关系数r=0.9994,相对标准偏差为1.41%(1.0μg·L^-1NO2--N,n=9),方法的检出限为0.32μg·L^-1。实验表明,该新型浓缩柱对NO2-—N有良好的富集作用,方法可用于饮用纯净水的工业在线分析和实时检测。In this study,a novelconcentration column was adopted to enrich trace amount of nitrite from aqueous solution. The novel concentration column was synthesized through a adsorption method with aromatic amineandthen diazotization with nitrite. The enrichment and desorption conditions were discussed by concentration column combination with flow injection coupling spectrophotometry. Under the optimal conditions,the linear range was from 0 to 0. 8μg·L^-1of standard solutions( correlation coefficient r =0. 9994).The relative standard deviation( RSD) was 1. 41%( 1. 0μg·L^-1NO2-—N,n = 9). The detection limit was 0. 32μg·L^-1.Consequently,this new concentration column is feasible in the enrichment of trace amounts of nitrite from drinking pure water.
