造血干细胞移植术后环孢素A致牙龈增生2例并分析

摘　　要：目的:在成人器官移植中,环孢素(CsA)诱导的牙龈增生(CsA-GO)发生率高达70%以上,目前报道主要集中为肾移植病例,在骨髓造血干细胞移植术后CsA-GO尚属罕见,尚未见报道。本文就2例造血干细胞移植术后CsA-GO的治疗进行了探索,期望为CsA-GO的治疗提供新的思路。方法:2例患者在我院行造血干细胞移植后,使用CsA抗GVHD过程中发生CsA-GO,予以停用CsA、他克莫司替代治疗。结果:2例患者他克莫司替代治疗7d后牙龈增生均迅速消失。结论:他克莫司替代CsA抗GVHD治疗,是目前治疗外周血造血干细胞移植术后CsA-GO的简单、有效的方案。Objective：Cyclosporine A-induced gingival overgrowth（CsA-GO）is an extremely rare complication of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.This research explored the therapy by treating two patients with CsAGO following hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.It is expected to provide some references for treating CsAGO.Method：Two patients,received the hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and diagnosed CsA-GO,stopped taking CsA immediately and received tacrolimus replacement therapy.Result：After 7days of replacement therapy,the gingival overgrowth of the two patients both completely disappeared.Conclusion：Tacrolimus replacement therapy was an effective therapeutic method for CsA-GO.
