摘　　要：群众路线自其确立以来就是党一贯坚持并加以丰富和发展的根本工作路线、组织路线和领导方法。新形势下,习近平总书记根据新的时代要求、实践要求、理论要求为其拓展了新内容,充实了新思想,提出了新的实施方法,真实体现出党以人民群众为根本、为依托、为中心、为基础的"群众路线精神",并且使之在党治国理政的各个方面都得到贯彻和发展。习近平总书记对群众路线的创新和发展对新形势下党的执政兴国具有重要的意义。Since its establishment,the mass line has always been adhered to and enriched and developed by the Chinese Communist Party as its basic work line,organization line and leading method.Under the new situation,as required by the times,practice and the-ory development,General Secretary XI Jinping expands its content,enriches its ideas,and puts forward new implementation approa-ches,and makes it implemented and develop in all aspects of running state and managing government by the Party,which truly reflects the “spirit of the mass line”that the Party takes people as the basis,the center,and the foundation.The innovation and development of the mass line by XI Jinping is of great significance for the Party to govern and rejuvenate the country.
