摘　　要：地方本科院校转型发展,是现阶段中国高等教育深化改革的重大举措。该举措源于工商企业管理中的组织变革理论,社会经济发展、企业对人才的需求、地方本科院校国际化发展是地方本科院校转型发展的现实依据。地方本科院校应在转型发展的关键、基础、目标定位、重点环节上做出理性选择。Transformational development of local universities is an effective measure for Chinese higher education to deepen reform at present stage,and is under the guidance of organizational change theory originated from industrial and commercial business management measurements.Nowadays,social and economic development,the demands of enterprises towards talents,and the internationization of local universities inevitably become the reality basis of transformational development of local universities.As a result,local universities should make rational choices from the aspects of key point,basis,target orientation and critical links of the transformational develop-ment.
