摘　　要：目前西藏自治区的地热能资源开发利用过程中的还存在诸多法律问题,通过对西藏自治区地热能资源开发利用的现状及立法现状的分析,借鉴国外一些发达国家和国内部分省份在地热能资源开发利用方面的立法经验,为西藏自治区地热能资源的相关立法及如何实现地热能资源开发利用的可持续发展提供相应的法律对策,力求对西藏自治区的地热能资源的可持续发展提供帮助。At present,there are many legal problems in the geothermal energy development and utilization in Tibet autonomous region. This article through the analysis of the present situation and the legislative status quo of the development and utilization of geothermal resources in Tibet autonomous region draws some lessons on the development and utilization of geothermal resources legislation from the developed countries and other areas in China,in order to provide the corresponding legal countermeasure for the sustainable development of geothermal energy resources in Tibet autonomous region.
