摘　　要：我国现有馆际互借与文献传递服务条例存在法律意识缺失、忽略读者权益保障等局限性。从这些局限性出发,从读者权益保障的角度去解析读者权益与资源共享两者之间的矛盾,有利于制定馆际互借与文献传递服务规范条例,明晰馆际互借与文献传递服务中读者的权利与义务。There are some problems existing in regulations of the interlibrary loan and document delivery service, for example, legal consciousness is lacking and protection of reader＇s rights and interests is ignored. In perspective of reader＇s rights protection to analyze the conflicts between reader＇s rights and resource sharing, it is conducive to institute the specific regulation of the interlibrary loan and document delivery service, clarity reader＇s rights and obligations in the interlibrary loan and document delivery service.
