海峡两岸高校图书馆用户义务性规范比较分析

摘　　要：海峡两岸高校图书馆用户义务性规范涵盖用户进出馆、馆内行为举止、资料借阅、功能区使用、座位使用、电子资源利用、校外人士入馆等方面。经过对比,台湾地区高校图书馆用户义务性规范可取之处较多,但两岸高校图书馆用户义务性规范都有待进一步完善。User＇s compulsory norms involves reader＇s in and out, behavior in the library, data of borrowing and reading, use of functional areas and seats, utilization of electronic resources and outsiders, etc. By comparison, there are more merits in Taiwan academic libraries, while user＇s compulsory norms of academic libraries across the strait both need to be improved.
